Training & Operations

Also known as “Zombie,” Jose Acosta brings a depth of real-world experience shaped by his service as a U.S. Army Infantry veteran with the 4th Infantry Division, including combat deployment in Iraq. His background also includes law enforcement service and certification as an Army range instructor for both pistol and rifle, as well as a combat lifesaver instructor.

A native of Sunland Park and Santa Teresa, Jose is grounded in discipline, leadership, and practical expertise. His role reinforces our commitment to delivering high-level training, prioritizing safety, and maintaining a professional standard in everything we do.

Ruby Crawford brings a thoughtful, systems-driven approach to sales and inventory management, balancing operational efficiency with a strong focus on client experience. With a background in psychology and hands-on experience in customer service, she understands how to keep processes running smoothly while creating a professional and welcoming environment.

As an El Paso native, Ruby contributes a high level of organization, attention to detail, and a natural ability to connect with clients.
